Mess Up The Mess brings accessible and exciting professional theatre to the young people of West Wales, Slough and for the next two years thanks to the exciting youth theatre collaboration ‘Strangers’ South Island New Zealand.

Script Slam is back.
Four new ten minute plays by four new writers are performed script-in-hand by professional actors. After each play is performed a panel of industry experts – writers, actors and directors, as well as our ‘Voice of the Street’, will be on hand to offer their feedback. You, the audience, will then get to vote for your favourite.
The next script slam will be on 18th November.
Angharad will be directing a couple of the plays Spring next year.

Taster Workshops to book...


Welsh National Youth Opera will be providing free, interactive, taster workshops to groups of young people across Wales under the professional guidance of our artistic team- a musical director, drama animateur, repetiteur and a small group of WNYO singers.
The week commencing 22nd February 2010 workshops will take place in South Wales and the week commencing 1st March 2010, workshops will be run in any other area across Wales!
The three hour workshop will include vocal and physical warm up exercises, drama games and the opportunity for everyone to learn some music! To conclude there will be time for a Question and Answer session with the singers and information will be given on how to audition for our 2011 Youth Opera production.

Angharad will be playing the role of the Sea Witch in pantomime this year.

Meet the brave Welsh pirate, Barti Ddu as he fights stormy seas, horrible monsters and an evil Sea Witch on his journey to become the most famous pirate in the world. Ever!

Ever wanted to experience the wonderful world of Opera but always though it was 'too posh'? Well now is your chance. On Sunday September the 20th at the Wales Millenium Centre, Angharad will be leading a Fun, interactive FAMILY WORKSHOP to introduce people of all ages to Opera. Throughout September, Angharad will be working as assistant director alongside Jeremy Turner at Cwmni Theatre Arad Goch, on a project in conjunction with the Basic Skills Agency.

Angharad will be working as Director on a brand new commision by WNO MAX in 2010. 'Journey' will be a community oratorio, libretto written by Alan Harris and music by Richard Barnard.

Angharad will be working as Director on the BANG! project at the Wales Millenium Centre in August. This is a residential arts course and includes practitioners from WNO MAX, Academi, Hijinks, the BBC National Orchestra of Wales and the National Dance Company Wales.
