I will be running the Llanelli Half Marathon on the 6th of March to raise money for a cause which is very close to my heart, 'The Alzheimer's Society'.
As I'm sure you have guessed I am indeed trying to drum up as much support and donations as possible, so apologies if you have already seen this on the dreaded 'Facebook' and 'Twitter'!
